-merged some memorymanagement related stuff
-merged some changes from franco to allow HZ=300 - like the newer devices (N6/N5X/N6P)
Note: b19 was never released officially, thats why you see a bump from b18 to b20. I haven't booted the kernel, since I don't own the device anymore.
